Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

 

Our aim is to ensure we deliver all our products in a timely manner. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for us to process and ship your oder. Timescales for delivery are as follow:

UK ORDERS: It should take an approximate of 2 - 3 days for orders placed to the UK to arrive to it's final destination

EU ORDERS: It should take an approximate of 4 - 6 business days for orders placed to the EU to arrive to it's final destination

​

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: It should take an approximate of 5 - 8 business days for international orders to arrive to it's final destination

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees - if your order has not arrived within the time frame specified, please allow a few days or contact us for further information; we will be happy to assist.

REFUND INFORMATION:

OUR TEAS: Due to the nature of our teas we do not accept refunds on the teas 

​

WAIST TRAINERS: If you wish to refund a waist trainer a refund request must be within 5 days of you receiving your order. All our products go through a quality check before they are shipped to our customers, therefore we will not refund any waist trainers which have been deliberately damaged or are in a poor state.
